  • WHY CARRY OUT A SNAGGING INSPECTION

    Developers are building homes faster than ever and unfortunately, quality standards can become compromised. A snagging inspection will give you the peace of mind that your home is defect-free and complete to the right regulatory standards. 

  • WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY INSPECTION

    It is ideal to book your inspection prior to legal completion. However, in some cases, this is not always possible. Once you have an agreed date with the developer on when the legal completion will take place, it is best to liaise with the premium snagging company to carry out the inspection on the following day or days preceding it.


    We’re aware that this date can change, the aim is to get booked in to reserve a date. 

  • WHAT IF MY COMPLETION DATE CHANGES

    Its ok, we have you covered. You can amend your inspection either by calling us or logging into your members account, up to 48hrs before your agreed inspection date/time.

  • HOW LONG DOES AN INSPECTION TAKE

    Each inspection can take between 2-4 hours, the inspection time is dictated by the size of the property and the number of defects highlighted.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE INSPECTION REPORT

    All reports are issued within 48hrs of the inspection, they are also available to download in the member's login area in PDF format.

  • CAN THE DEVELOPER DENY ACCESS

    Unfortunately, in some cases yes, until legal completion takes place the property is still owned by the developer. Therefore, the developer can refuse access to a professional snagger. 

  • DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON INSPECTIONS

    Yes, If there are multiple bookings on the same day within the same development. We also offer discounts on our other services (drone/thermal imaging) and referral codes for customers. 

  • ONCE I RECEIVE MY REPORT WHAT HAPPENS

    Upon receiving your report, you can then address any issues highlighted with the developer. However, we are always on hand to answer any queries or question you may have following receipt of your inspection report. 

  • WHAT IF I FIND MORE SNAGS FOLLOWING MY INSPECTION

    This may happen, it's normal for some defects to arise once you have moved in. The developer would normally request for all items to be noted within 7 days of occupying the property. However, you have a two year period in which you can report any snag items to the developer to rectify.
