Developers are building homes faster than ever and unfortunately, quality standards can become compromised. A snagging inspection will give you the peace of mind that your home is defect-free and complete to the right regulatory standards.
It is ideal to book your inspection prior to legal completion. However, in some cases, this is not always possible. Once you have an agreed date with the developer on when the legal completion will take place, it is best to liaise with the premium snagging company to carry out the inspection on the following day or days preceding it.

Each inspection can take between 2-4 hours, the inspection time is dictated by the size of the property and the number of defects highlighted.
All reports are issued within 48hrs of the inspection, they are also available to download in the member's login area in PDF format.
Unfortunately, in some cases yes, until legal completion takes place the property is still owned by the developer. Therefore, the developer can refuse access to a professional snagger.

Upon receiving your report, you can then address any issues highlighted with the developer. However, we are always on hand to answer any queries or question you may have following receipt of your inspection report.
This may happen, it's normal for some defects to arise once you have moved in. The developer would normally request for all items to be noted within 7 days of occupying the property. However, you have a two year period in which you can report any snag items to the developer to rectify.
