Snagging Inspection

Your inspection will be compiled into a photographic report. This highlights the areas of you home and the issue identified. Snags are numbered for ease of use when discussing with you builder/developer. Provides clear evidence of the condition at the time of inspection.

Heat Loss Inspection

The purpose of conducting a heat loss inspection is to investigate if there are any areas within, your property which maybe inadequate insulated. The technology we use allows for thermal bridging to be highlighted inside and outside of your home.

Drone Survey

A drone survey can often highlight things that just can't be seen from ground level that could cause major problems later on with your new property, especially if something starts off small and then leads into a larger problem but is not discovered until after your initial 2 year warranty period.

Re-Inspection

We offer a re-inspection service which allows you to book in an inspection following your initial snagging inspection. The inspection can be carried out as a follow up, to ensure all initial defects raised on your report, have been completed to a satisfactory standard by the developer.
