We offer a re-inspection service which allows you to book in an inspection following your initial snagging inspection.

The inspection can be carried out as a follow up

To ensure all initial defects raised on your report, have been completed to a satisfactory standard by the developer.

 

However, the inspection can also be carried out at the 12 month or 2 year stage where your developers warranty period ends.

Our re-inspection service is carried out at a reduced fee to your initial inspection.


The inspection will be £100 less than the original cost of the initial inspection. The report will be issued in the same manner, a new report will be produced within and issued within 48hrs.

Limitations of a re-inspection

As with any inspection conducted by the premium snagging company, there are some limitations. We do not offer structural or building surveys. However, our inspectors are very experienced in highlighting any potential issues and will always advise if additional surveys may be required, which are beyond our scope of works.
