Heat Loss Inspection

The purpose of conducting a heat loss inspection is to investigate if there are any areas within, your property which maybe inadequate insulated. The technology we use allows for thermal bridging to be highlighted inside and outside of your home.

When conducting our inspection, the areas we inspect are:

  • Loft - ensuring it is insulated with no voids, which can lead to cold bridging
  • Radiators/Heating - using thermal imaging camera we check to ensure there are no air lock/pockets within the system, to prevent underperforming heating.
  • Windows & Doors – where windows are not adequality sealed, draughts can be formed around window and door openings.
